Certified Humane Chicken Processing

October 28, 2008: We have documented (with text and many pictures) our Certified Humane method for processing chickens. We've done this for two reasons: to show our customers who are interested just how we treat our chickens, and second to provide instructions for people who are interested in a humane method for processing their own chickens.
